I have a partially completed web site that contains several measurements I have made on the AIM4170 while comparing it to other equipment I own. I hope some will find it interesting. I feel much more comfortable with the 4170 now that I have spent the time playing with it. ;D It is located at www.bnk.com/w0qe and then click on the AIM4170 button. I have no connection with either Array Solutions or Bob, W5BIG other than being a customer and the opinions expressed are mine alone. 73, Larry, W0QE

I added a final page to the web site showing the results of my attempts at making calibration standards. Again kudos to Bob for making a fun toy and a useful instrument.

Final Measurements on the AIM4170: Bob sent me a new set of calibration standards to include in the data and I have update my web pages. Go to www.bnk.com/W0QE/AIM4170/AIM4170_intro.html if interested. I believe I understand the inaccuracies in the AIM4170 calibration standards and have tried to explain them. The AIM4170 is very accurate at HF and still very good at 170 MHz. 73, Larry, W0QE

Larry - thanks for taking the time to post your helpful findings about the AIM4170. Reviewing that data on your website kicked me over the edge to buy the analzer 10 days ago. 73, Doug
