Hello -
I’ve used my AIM-4170C to tune my L-network manual antenna tuner for various antennas, and logging the L and C values for future reference. I plan to do the same with a new T-network manual tuner. However, the problem for a T-network tuner is that there may be more than one combination of L and C values with low SWR. What I’d like to do in this case is to use my AIM as before, but also measure relative power on the output of the tuner using my Flex SDR.
The question I have is what to use to tap the AIM’s very low level (-17dbm) signal to the Flex without significantly affecting the AIM’s impedance readings. A commercial product would be preferred.
Thanks, Howard
