I have a 4170C running on Windows 10, 64 bit. I just downloaded and installed v910B as the web page says it is compatible with the 4170 in addition to the other devices. Either there is a problem with this version or I'm doing something wrong. If I set the limits = 7.0 to 28.5 MHz, step = .01, band skip OFF and run a scan, it runs through the entire frequency range with no problems. If I then turn band skip ON and run the scan again, it gets about 1/10 of the way through and then all the plots show a declining straight line, very fast, all the way to the right edge.
I have another computer, same Windows 10 64 bit, but with version 876 of the software. The same test with band skip ON does not fail.
Any ideas what is happening here?

Bob, Band Skip is not working in v910B. The first band scans correctly and then the cursor races across all the other bands without doing a scan. This problem was reported in 2016 in the previous post. Do you expect to have a correction soon? Thanks. --- Chuck, AE4CW
