Hi Bob,
I own a AIM 4170 with serial number 3138 bought on 9/14/2007. Its current software version is 623.
My question is the following:
Can I install the latest version (v 628) directly, i.e. skipping the installation of the version 626?
Do you know if this new version has an user’s guide?

Hello José,

The latest version of the user's guide is included with version 626, so you'll need to download that too.
The programs are completely independent, so you can put them in different folders and just use the user's guide (or move it to another folder if you want to).

Sometimes I don't include the guide if it hasn't changed. Even though the version numbers seem to have a discontinuity, you haven't missed any updates. Sometimes there are several intermediate versions between the official released versions.
