Hi Gents,
The latest manual for my 2180 says "There is more information in the Applications file under the Help menu". I can't find the Applications File in the help menu or anywhere else.
Any help appricated!
Thanks, Charlie

Hi Charlie, In the folder with the AIM exe file there should be a sub folder called: Applications-Help Here is a screen shot showing the sub folders: www.w5big.com/application_file.pngThis sub folder includes a lot of pictures and a file called: help_34.htm which has the help and application information. The latest help file is the pdf file called: AIM_121911.pdf--73/Bob

Bob,
Thanks for your reply.
You wrote: "In the folder with the AIM exe file there should be a sub folder called: Applications-Help".
I think that's the problem. I'm using the VNA2180 and the zip file I have for that is 530D. I sure don't see the Applications File in my un-zipped VNA2180 folder. I would think it should be there.
If I downloaded and installed the AIM (version?) exe file, wouldn't that "conflict" with the VNA2180 files?
Thanks, Charlie

HI Charlie, I'm sorry I misread your post. The VNA does not have an application file like the AIM does.
Since the functions on Port A are similar to those on the AIM, you might find the AIM application file interesting. You can download it and read it with the AIM program in demo mode.

Superb! Typically I by no means read entire articles however the way you wrote this information and facts is just remarkable and this kept my interest in reading and I enjoyed it.
