I downloaded ver 845 yesterday - those capacitance and inductance plots are neat.
My only gripe with buying the 4170 is the UHF version came out and I'd LOVE to have it for the higher resolution plots:)

Actually I have version AIM_846. When number of points is entered in Limits. Re-open Limits. The value has changed from number of points to a fixed interval. This makes it difficult to change span using the same number of points, it has to be re-entered over and over with each change of limits. When the value input is in points, can we have the original value stay there (ex: 200p) instead of the converted fixed value? Thanks

Thanks for the feedback.
The number of points was saved in earlier versions of the program. I have just now restored that feature to the new program. I'll upload it in a few days. Right now there aren't any major changes.
I'll email you a beta version of 846A for testing today.
