AIM_832H program update

I uploaded a new version AIM_832H which has enhancements to the Band Scan function. There was a glitch in version 832G that kept it from working with the AIM4170.

You can click the Rescan button or press the "R" key now to do a new band scan. This version should work with the AIM4170 and the AIMuhf.
