I would like to request the capability of graphing a selected frequency range of a scan already done
I don't think this should be too hard to do, but I would find very useful. Let me give an example:
Last week I measured an antenna on a tower where other stations were operating. I did a scan from 85 to 105 MHz at 20KHz intervals. I am primarily interested in the area from 88.5 to 97.9 MHz. I cannot use the Smith Chart display because the other stations at 99.9 and 101.9 MHz put "junk" all over the chart, obscuring the rest of the trace. If I could go to the "LIMITS" box and change the upper frequency limit to 98.5, the graph would be much more useful to me, and the Smith Chart would be readable.
I believe that the only change needed to the program would be that after the limits are changed, instead of just clearing the screen, the software would replot any points that are within the new specified frequency range. This would allow me to get rid of the "junk" from the other signals and actually see the Smith Chart display. It would also allow me to expand the readings over a narrow frequency range, if I want to study a particular small section of the display.

The Excel program by Dan McGuire, AC6LA, can input the scan file which is saved in comma separated variables format (*.csv) and then process sub-sections of it. Click the Utilities tab for a link to this free utility, thanks to Dan.
