I have a customer who is using a Geo7X and is connected to VRS Now. Every time they attempt to connect an external antenna they get a info popup announcing the antenna is connected then they get the external antenna setup screen. Once they set it up and select the check to complete the settings, they lose all GPS connection. At one time there was an option in TF to send a report. I no longer see that. Other wise I would have them send in a system report. Any idea? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
