Error message during calibration

Hello,

Using version 865A I get a message "Freq. is out of range 1 MHz mults = 0,0" during calibration. I used the device a few months ago with no issue. The device is also coming up in DEMO MODE. I did have the mother board in the PC replaced between uses and perhaps that's the issue. Suggestions?

Most likely, since you are coming up in demo mode, the comm port needs to be determined. Check device manager to see
what port it is appearing on, then select that port in the menu. Harold

Like Harold said, If you come up in Demo Mode the software is not communicating with the device. Depending on what you are using for the serial cable you will have to figure out what serial port you actually have the device plugged into. If using a USB serial cable looking in the device manager to see what com port has been assigned to the cable and point the software to that port, will normally resolve the problem.
