I recently received my AIM 4300. I works great, however I have a problem with the software (AIM 916). I can start it and it runs a scan just fine. If I try to run additional scans, the program will abruptly close after the scan is complete. It doesn't lock up -- it simply closes. Re-starting the program displays the last scan. This happens randomly after between 2 to 5 scans.
My system is a Win10 Pro 64 with 32GB of RAM. The program exhibits the same problem on my Win 10 laptop. Trying different USB cables and different power supplies doesn't change the problem.
All thoughts are appreciated.

I just got a new 4300 and I am having the same problem . Did you ever get it resolved?
Do you happen to have a copy of AIM_910B? It is no longer on W5BIG's web site and he is not returning email
