hello
I am installing an old AIM4170 and when asked to calibrate, I got some warning messages
After I complete the calibration, I think is not OK because when analyzing an antenna, the rsults are not good, the graphics show zig zag lines and not the normal SWR curve
What could be wrong?
I trined with lates version and some older like 824
thanks Jorge CX6VM/CW5W

My 4170 is displaying calibration errors during both standard and custom calibrations.
I may have overloaded the 4170 looking into a FM translator antenna next door to another FM antenna.
How do I confirm or do I send it back to the factory for repair ?
Thanks

I'm embarrassed to say that my problem was two weak 9 volt batteries that I bought at a gas station on the way to check the translator. New Duracell and all is working fine now.
