Hello, Looking for a quick and easy way to setup AIM UHF to tune the antenna to 104.9Mhz using the Smith Chart mode.. Have anyone done it?

To tune the antenna to a specific frequency, you can use the Point Data mode and watch the SWR and Impedance while making adjustments. Alternatively, you can set a narrow Scan range, say 103 to 106MHz with 50 to 100 frequency points and Recycle while making adjustments.

Smith Chart is OK, but I have found the standard sweep faster for doing element lengths and gamma arms. Mostly looking for return loss and zero reactance. Then switch to Smith chart.

Having done this many times with a power AIM. Point data mode --> Tune works excellent. Just be aware that depending on your averaging setting with later versions of software will cause your displayed data to be more accurate, but also delayed. Using a single shot will clear the buffer if needed.
