Nice to have - ideas for improvements to Analyser Software

I have been in discussion with Bob W5BIG about an alternative method of displaying overlay plots from rescans where I suggested using colours in preference to circles or squares which currently all use the same colour. The idea being to get better clarity to the display which I then save as a bitmap for printing and saving in my notebook. (ie. paper copy)
I also discussed with Bob that it would be an idea that members could suggest ideas that would come into the "Nice to have" variety for consideration. Whilst I don't want to make a "straw to break the camel's back" so to speak, I am sure there could be other users out there with an idea that could result in even greater functionality and usefulness.
Bob suggested I started a thread to follow up this idea.
